We might not be a huge company, but we ain’t some backyard operation either. Our boutique roastery has been supplying cafes and contract roasting for businesses across Sydney and Australia with specialty coffee blends since 2010, four years before we started Killer Coffee. We’re equipped with state-of-the-art machinery that roasts precise to the degree and second, and along with our dedication to quality control we make sure every bag of beans that goes out is as good as it can be.
Our Killer Coffee blends are held to the same exacting standards as our specialty coffee: you won’t get an inconsistent roast from us, and you definitely won’t get any burnt beans. As we cut no corners on sourcing our Arabica coffee beans, this is why we can confidently say our blends are Bitter-Free.
Our roasts are small-batch too, meaning the coffee doesn’t sit around and gets sent to you fresh. Nice, no?
Keeping It Solar
Our facility is kitted out with 300 (310 watt) Canadian solar monocrystalline PV modules, generating over 132000 kWh’s per annum. This setup reduces our carbon footprint by 70%!
The Purest Coffee In Australia
Like most roasters, we use powerful magnets to remove metal contaminants from the bags of green beans we source. Unlike other roasters, we have an extensive 5-step cleaning process for our coffee, three-stages pre-roast, and two further steps after roast, to get rid of hidden contaminants. You’d be surprised at the difference it makes!
With nothing artificial added to our blends, all this means you get only pure, delicious coffee in your cup.
