Very. Your coffee is usually dispatched about 3 days after it's roasted.
To work out the roast date, find the best before date stamped on the bag's side seal. Your coffee was roasted one year before that date.

Industrial Strength and Darkerside: around 180mg per 100ml, about 3x the average cup.
Medium Roast: around 60mg per 100ml, about average.
Blackout: over 700mg per 100ml, our strongest by far.

An opaque, airtight container is the best place for your beans and grounds. Roasted coffee loses freshness when exposed to light, heat, moisture and air, so keep it somewhere cool and dark, away from sunlight.
-
Industrial Strength: the OG that started it all. A strong dark roast that packs a major caffeine punch and is smoother than butter.
Darkerside: not for the faint of heart. Roasted to the absolute limit for an extreme caffeine kick and intense, full-bodied flavour. For serious coffee fiends only.
Medium Roast: bold, rich flavour with smooth caramel, milk chocolate and vanilla notes. Strong but balanced, with a bit more complexity.
Bottom line: it comes down to how much intensity you can handle.
