1. What’s the difference between your blends?
Killer Coffee has three blends. Industrial Strength is our original strong dark-roast, bold yet pleasant with notes of caramel and a smooth finish. Our high quality Arabica beans and exacting roasting process means you get a cup full of strong flavour, not bitterness. Darkerside is our darkest and most intense, a coffee made for daredevils that carries an extreme kick and intense full-bodied flavour with zero bitterness. Our newest Medium Roast is balanced with a bold, full-bodied flavour, smooth with a complex flavour profile perfect for coffee snobs that need more punch out of their cup or caffeine addicts who want to put their pinkies up.

You’ll definitely find your favourite here. For more information, check out our Our Blends page: https://killercoffeeco.com.au/our-blends/

  2. Is this really Australia’s Strongest Coffee?
Killer Coffee is the original Australia’s Strongest Coffee. However we’ve had visitors define “strength” for coffee in different ways – some have said that a coffee can’t be strong if it isn’t bitter, for example.
So really, it’s up to you to judge. What we can tell you is we’re the first roasters in Australia to offer a high-quality dark roast with a real kick and no compromise on flavour. Our brews do have a whole lot of caffeine at around 180mg/100mL, but for most of our fans it’s the rich, smooth, strong yet bitter-free flavour that really hooks you in.

Go on, take the challenge and let us know what you think!

  3. How much caffeine is in Killer Coffee?
Killer Coffee has been measured to contain 180mg/100mL of caffeine when brewed with an AeroPress. Caffeine content may vary depending on your brewing method, but our coffee generally has 2-4x more caffeine than other common coffee blends. Coffee lovers all across the country agree, it’s a pretty intense kick.

  4. Where do you source your coffee beans?
Our hand-selected blend of Arabica beans from South America and Africa, chosen for their flavor and hidden strength. We can’t tell you the exact recipe – it’s our secret, after all! – but rest assured we source our beans through committed ethical practices, strict adherence to Fair Trade principles, and direct relationships with local growers. We actively collaborate with producers to implement sustainable agricultural methods, and our sources are businesses accredited by the Rainforest Alliance.
