Your card or account is first charged when you sign up, and we’ll treat that as your first order to be dispatched. You’ll then be charged weekly, fortnightly, or monthly starting from your sign-up time based on your selected frequency, and we’ll start preparing your order the moment your payment is processed.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page, there’s no lock-in contract. Please note however, if a new order for your subscription has already started processing cancelling your subscription will not affect that order. In that case you can contact us and we’ll be glad to help out.
When you have a subscription, you can find its details and a variety of options by heading to the Subscription section of your My Account page. You’ll find options to change your frequency, skip orders, place extra orders, and other convenient functions.
