Some things don’t need reinventing. The stovetop espresso maker has been doing its job since the 1930s, and the Avanti Classic Pro does it well: cast aluminium build, stay-cool handle, drip-free pour spout, and a timeless shape that looks at home on any stovetop.
Load it with your Killer Coffee grounds, put it on the heat, and in a few minutes you’ve got a rich, concentrated brew with none of the fuss of a full espresso setup. Strong, direct, no milk required. Though it pulls a solid base for a latte or cappuccino if that’s where you’re headed.
Use & Care
- Separate all components and hand wash with warm soapy water.
- Clean filter funnel with warm water and washing-up liquid. A washing-up brush may be helpful in removing coffee residue.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners and scourers when hand washing.
- Wipe dry with a soft cloth.
- Do not reassemble the product until all parts are completely dry to avoid oxidation.
Hand washing recommended (the 3 cup version is dishwasher safe, but is still better cared for hand washed).
