Smoother, less harsh, and packed with serious flavour – this is how coffee’s MEANT to taste. The Toddy makes it easy. Here’s the lowdown:

  1. Shove that stopper into the bottom of the brewing container. No leaks allowed.
  2. Dampen the felt filter and toss it in. This is what keeps your brew smooth.
  3. Load the Coffee. Get your hands on some coarse-ground Killer Coffee (our “Plunger” grind is perfect). 340 grams is the magic number. Then, pour in 7 cups of water and give it a stir. We want those grounds soaked and ready.
  4. Leave that bad boy at room temperature for 12-24 hours. This ain’t instant gratification, it’s about unlocking that bold, complex flavour.
  5. Set the brewer on the decanter, pull the plug, and let that rich concentrate flow.
  6. Toss the filter and grounds. Your concentrate’s good for up to two weeks in the fridge.

Now the fun part. Mix 1 part concentrate with 3 parts water, milk, soy, whatever floats your boat:

  • Iced Killer: Pour over ice and conquer your day with a deadly smooth brew.
  • Hot and Heavy: Killer cold brew works hot too! Gently heat it up by stirring in steaming water.

Killer Tip: Experiment with different Killer Coffee blends. Each one brings its own unique flavor to the cold brew party.
