- Standard Shipping: $11.00 for 3-8 business days delivery across Australia, $15 for 6-10 business days delivery across New Zealand.

In my recent order of industrial strength pods, several boxes of pods were delivered completely sealed but when opened had no pods inside. I used the killer coffee website online ‘contact us’ form on the 29/06/2025 to let them know about it and they never even acknowledged my email or got back to me. In addition, it seems as though the pods are not manufactured correctly to be completely compatible with Nespresso machines or at the very least many pods are faulty. Every second pod seems to build up pressure and the water only flows through as a small trickle – ruining the coffee to water ratio. I’ve experienced this with both industrial strength and dark side pods but the issue seems to be more prevalent with the dark side pods. I’ve tested this issue on multiple Nespresso machines to ensure there is nothing wrong with my machine which has never had any similar issues with other third party or Nespresso branded pods. It’s a real shame about the poor customer service as I’ve been buying killer coffee for many years l and love the taste and quality of the coffee itself. Perhaps you could spend less time on all the tacky low production value advertisements and more on customer service and quality control?
